Since the above picture was taken, the subject may have changed his appearance i.e. different hair, more or less facial hair, etc....and it is my belief that not only has he fled the state of New Jersey to avoid prosecution by the authorities, but is working "under the table", and/ or has obtained a fake id, assumed an "alias" and fake social security number. Otherwise, he would not have been able to hide for so long.

He has a history of working in manual labor, such as landscaper, machine shop worker, frequents go-go bars, and also could be working as a bouncer in such an establishment. He likes football, specifically the Philadelphia Eagles, and is an avid bowler; and frequents bowling alleys.
